Monica Cazzamani Bona Founder of Su Misura Italy
Ciao! I’m Monica, the founder of Su Misura Italy, an online Italian language school where learning is as personal as a conversation among friends.
Born just after the Nebbiolo harvest in Govone, Piemonte, I grew up immersed in the warmth of Italian hospitality. My grandparents ran a small grocery store, where every customer was welcomed like family. Their kindness and passion for connection left a lasting impact on me.
My studies in Architecture in Turin expanded my creativity, but my heart remained in the rolling hills of Langhe & Roero, where food, wine, and culture are woven into everyday life. Through experiences in architecture, hospitality, and event management, I discovered my true calling: sharing the richness of Italian language and culture with the world.
I now live in Perth, Australia, with my husband Damian, our two boys Charlie and Jack, and our beloved dogs, Florence and Taco.
I love sunny days, beach walks, and listening to podcasts—my perfect way to relax and get inspired.
